On the occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Prof. ML Schroff, the Father of Pharmacy Education on 6th March,Pharma Health Club, School of Pharmacy organized National Pharmacy Education Day Celebration in association with Kundaria Cancer Prevention Foundation Division of Rajkot Cancer Society and Saurashtra Kidney Research Institute Kundaria Anaemia Prevention Program., Rajkot, Shree Pharmacy and Dr. Morpen as a part of which the following events were scheduled:1. Hb check-up and Expert talk 2. Debate Competition 3. Pharma Anveshan 2025 (Bardoli-UTU) 4. Women Entrepreneurship Stall. 5. Health check-up in city. In Haemoglobin Check-up, more than 380 candidates were examined. The event was started by an Expert Talk on which Ms, Drashti Bhimani delivered his experience as well as guided students with his knowledge on Cancer. On the same day 3 students have participated in Poster presentation in category III Promising research and represent School of Pharmacy, RK University in Pharma Anveshan 2025 at Uka Tarsadia University Bardoli. Total 14 students were selected for Final round of Debate competition which is on Entrepreneur Vs Corporate Job in Pharma Sector. Students have showcase their ability by putting their views on topic in debate. As a Part of a Celebration 7 Female students have shown their expertise in Women Entrepreneurship Stall.We also conducted health check-up camp in Rajkot, where 72 people have taken the benefits of free check-up of Blood Sugar level, Blood Pressure, BMI and Visual Equity. The entire event was mainly coordinated by Ms. Kajal Kalaria Associate Professor and Mr. Tejas Ganatra, Faculty Advisor, Pharma Health Club & Associate Professor, School of Pharmacy. City event was coordinated by Mr. Pratik Vediya (Assistant Professor) & Mr. Udit Trivedi (Assistant Professor of School of Pharmacy, RK University with continuous support and motivation from Prof. (Dr.) Pravin Rambhai Tirgar, Director, School of Pharmacy, RK University.
