School of Pharmacy, RK University, is known for active industry-institute interaction. On 15/10/2019, School of Pharmacy signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sarthi Pharma, Rajkot established on a prominent foundation imbibing quality, service and care for the society. The intention of MoU was to get access to research facilities as well as industrial training of Sarthi Pharma for betterment of B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Phar.D. students of School of Pharmacy. The MoU was signed by both parties with due consideration and agreement between Dr. Devang Pandya, Dy. Director, School of Pharmacy, RK University and Dr. Samir Atara, Director, Sarthi Pharma for a period of Five years. The signing of MoU was facilitated by Mr. Vishvesh Kanabar, Assistant Professor, School of Pharmacy, who is also leading the industry-institute interaction cell of the institute. Through this MoU, six students of School of Pharmacy, RKU got placed as follows: 

1. Jayesh Japadiya (B.Pharm)
2. Ashutosh Satodiya (B.Pharm)
3. Paras Busa (M.Pharm)
4. Savan Ajani (M.Pharm)
5. Radhika Korat (M.Pharm)
6. Riddhi Nimavat (M.Pharm)

The M.Pharm students mentioned above also completed their industrial internship from Sarthi Pharma in 2019-20.
